They took 1500 each just fine for 4 months.. Alot of people are having the same problem with AQ subs.. AQ needs to fix this problem..

I dont want to have to go to another brand.

Running an HDC3 at 1000w is like driving a Ferrari only to 85 mph. Obviously there must be some defect as I don't recall this being major problem before and most people are running their coppers 2000w+. All I know is if my new recone rips I'm parting from AQ and might check out DC or IA.

im surprised the sub still played with the spider detached from the sub... thats like your suspension haha. sorry to hear about that though

Not all the spiders are detached, just the bottom spider.

Ive had a few glue problems with the HDC3's. Spider coming off the landing- makes a scratching sound - dustcap falling off - and a neck joint breaking on 2 of the 3 hdc3 18s he had..

i highly doubt it this happends often the spiders are some what cheap thats why they use alot of them . im running 4 hdc315'' and love them aq ftw

well i can get an alum recone from AQ for what 115 shipped?

or i can have teampsi trick one out for me so the hdc310 can handle 2saz1500ds @1ohm bridged for like 160 shipped w/ cf dustcap
