We nearly got the box done. Everything goes in tomorrow so I'll update with TL scores:) Just thought I'd let you all see some of my dumb pictures from today.

We had to build this mofo in the trunk. The box is ~4 cubes.

Also, another trick I do is actually use two nuts on each stud to hold the sub down. That way the nuts won't loosen from rattling/shaking. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Make sure to use washers as well so the nuts don't tear into the surround.

I did that on the first one and decided to not do it on any of the other ones. I had problems with getting the threads to line up and keeping the nut from spinning when I tightened it from underneath. Those bolts are in there tight! It was hell putting them in with a screw driver (Lowe's didn't have hex in 2.5") considering it's double baffled. I don't think that they should spin anytime soon.

No, what I mean by that is when you bolt the sub down, you actually stack two nuts on top of each other. That way the nuts holding the sub down can't loosen.
