Having a Hard Time un-denting This Tweeter

Not car audio related, BUT it is audio related and I figured you guys would know just as well as anyone who's into any sort of audio.

I just can't get this dent popped out. I've tried ******* with a straw, and I've tried sealing my lips around it and giving it negative pressue, I've also opened the speaker up, but the tweeter cone isn't accessible.

Nothing has worked so far, anyone have an idea, or innovation?

lips around it had me lol'ing!!

Try a shop vac. A smaller one usually has more suction/power than the bigger ones.
I've done that, though. It works, lol.
Be careful with the vacuum, it can pull the diaphragm out too far and it may not properly re-seat.

I'll give the tape another try. If I were keeping them I'd leave the dent, but I'm planning on selling them and want them to look as good as possible.
