Have 2 12's thinking about switching need help

right now i have 2 12" kicker L7's in a box thats a little too small for the subs, its being powered by a hifonics bxi2006d...it sounds good and its loud, but i want something louder...i heard the L7's would work better in a box built to like 2.5-3.0 Cu for EACH sub...i dont have that much space, the only space i have to work with is 13.5Hx35Wx22D and here are my questions:

1. If i got 1 12 that holds around 1600-2000 rms and put it in a box thats like 3.0 cubes or bigger, would it be louder then my 2 12's right now?

2. I dont think the L7's have Horrible Sound quality, but what sub would you say to go with if im looking for a loud system but have as good if not better sq as the kickers...

3. If i didnt get just 1 12 and i got 2 10's and put them in a box thats like 3.5 CU would it be louder then my 2 12's?

12 inch L7s can get pretty loud but they need a pretty big box...

i dont know, i have been looking at alot of different types of subs, the Type x, DD, RE audio, Stereo Integrity, im looking for a sub that has as good sound quality as the L7's but that is louder with the space i have to use, i dont htink i have enough space to let the L7's work properly, so i was thinking maybe 2 10's or 1 good 12

i was even thinking of getting 2 10" L7's but i dont think it woudl make too much of a difference i think i needa bigger box...my amp is the hifonics bxi2006d so it puts out the best power at 1 ohm

Have you checked into SoundSplinter? Those RLi-10's are space friendly and are decent SQL subs..

i dont think they would be loud enough, or beable to handle the amp i have...im looking to use close to the 2000 watts ...would they be louder then my 2 12's? im looking for something louder then my 2 12's ive havent really heard any 10's...or 15's i only have about 3.66 net after displacement and everything so im looking for something louder

nissan sentra spec v, i was looking at fi audio ssd 10's they hold 800 rms and would go in a 1.5Cu box each..i just dont know if it would be louder then my 2 12 solobarics, i was thinking of building a 3.0CU box for 1 L7 and seeing if that would be louder then both...

Two Fi BL 10's

One Fi BTL 12

Two RE SX 10's

Any of these three setups will easily take 2k RMS and will get quite loud ranging from 2.4 to 3.5 cubes..

Just use RE's specs. 2.5 cubes for both + port and driver displacment @ 34Hz..

yea but what im asking is what would give me the best sounding and loudest setup with what i ahve to work with...i was thinking 2 10's but i dont know if they would be as loud as my 2 12's are, everyone says the box makes a huge difference...i think i only have like 3.66Cu to work with so i wasnt sure what would be the best choice to go with 2 10's or 1 good 12, i want to make sure it will be louder so i dont spend 300 for something that i wouldnt be happy with...
