Mine doesn't.. but I have had friends with shittier systems than mine have theirs break off (or at least when going full tilit make it instantly extend all the way down making it unusable)
I guess my car is just boss made

Mine's hanging on like a champ. I've owned cars before that were not very loud at all and knocked them right off.... never had them take glass with them.

Mine fell off within a minute of getting a couple sealed lvl3 18's in my Cherokee , I'm a truck driver so I'm used to not having a rear view any way. We'll see how well the one in the roadmaster will fare against 6k.

Lasted for awhile and recently just fell off while driving. Wasn't usable by any means but stayed on

153dB system in the '00 Durango with no issues. 146dB in the '00 Eldorado with no issues. 132 dB in my friends '93 Cherokee and it fell off, LOL...

Suprised to hear that. I snapped mine on a 99 eldo.. playing what u know by ti. It shook like crazy on the low note.. one day it snapped.. may be tuning cuz I was tuned real low but I doubt I could do over a 146. The base stayed on the glass the rod before the glass snapped in half

1996 for taurus the mirror took glass off with it lol 2004 ford ranger same thing my 2002 ram 1500 two hdc318's held on for a minute broke the **** metal piece on the mirror completely unusable lol So now i have the mounting piece stuck to my windshield and no mirror lol
