what does it mean by the are a german company? german companies arent that bad, blaupunkt has pretty good stuff. ( not the best, but its good ) maybe only THAT company sucks. blaupunkt has been around for ages.

Okay, here it goes, I've ragged on them before, but I've got somewhat of a new take. My sister has had a pair of Volf. 12's for about 6 months now. I wasn't impressed with them at first, but she got a new amp, and they sound pretty loud. Still lack SQ, but before I wasn't even impressed with the SPL. She still isn't pushing the rated RMS, but I don't think they will get much louder. I still believe my brother's Bazookas are louder and have better SQ, than the VOlf's. But then again, I installed the Bazookas, I didn't install the Volf's, and I didn't take the time to examine the install.

It was just for information...don't try to jump all over my back and tell me that blaupunkt has good stuff, b/c I have had more blaupunkt h/u s than you have tied you shoes. Volfenhag is mainly just for show, their subs are overrated and IMO they do not sound very good, although they were not good installs so it could have been that.

Attention Newbies. First Search...

Second for anyone who thinks Volfenhag's are worth the box they are shipped in need to be shot. I've been installing for a long time and i've installed a lot of newbie systems...staring Volfenhag. In the best install they sound sub-par and if you think otherwise then obviously you've never heard anything better than pyramid.

And about blaupunkts...the make good HU"s. I've owned a few...liked them all.
