Has anyone installed an Alpine OEM PXE-H650 into a 10 speaker Bose system?

Hi all. I haven't posted here much, but have learned just about everything that is important in car audio on this forum so thanks for that. My question is about the Alpine PXE-H650 factory integration processor. It has the absolute worst install manual ever. And tells nothing about how to hook it up, other than to splice into the factory speaker wires coming out of the head unit.

Unfortunately I have a 10 speaker Bose sound system in my H2. The wiring harness Alpine gives you is for either 2 way of full range. It includes a Left F1(woofer- & +) Left F2 (tweeter- & +) Right F1(woofer- & +) Right F2(tweeter - & +) and sub (- & +). But there are no rear speaker wires in the Alpine harness. Alpine I guess assumes that the 4 rear speakers I have don't need to be processed? Also I have two small subwoofers left and right under the center of the dash, or at least that Is what I can gather from the crappy drawings in my Service manual that is on a data cd. Also I have no idea whether to tap into the speaker wires coming out of the head unit or the bose amplifier? There is only a pre amplified wire coming out of the deck to the amp for the subs, and apparently what they call Twiddler speakers in the D pillar are powered by the amp to. The deck only has Front Left - & +, Front right - & +, Rear left _ & +, and Rear right - & +. There are however all of the wires coming out of the amp, but are not split up into tweeter and woofer, just left and right and rear etc. There is no way to tap into each speaker individually like Alpine suggests. They actually want me to splice into the tweeter and the woofer separately and unless I tear all the doors panels off and run 100 feet of speaker wire everywhere it can't be done. Also the wiring harness is hardly any longer than my index finger. What a waste of time. It is easier to just replace the system entirely I think.

Anyways I just thought that this would be a great way to just leave my factory head unit since the head units now a days are way to busy for me, and it also allowed me to add to the system or eventually replace the bose system all together and most importantly allows for aux source such as a Car PC. Perhaps I have overlooked something in the manual, but as of right now I am ready to just scrap my entire factory system. I was just going to replace the door speakers with some type X compenents powered by a PDX amp and add a 12 inch type X with another PDX and let the processor do its thing and use the rear speakers and subs under the dash for added fill. But I am at a stand still right now not knowing what I should do with the rest of the speakers in this truck. There isn't much point in having them in hear if the Imprint can't process them. Any ideas or opinions or experiances would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
