in my honest opinion, back in 2005 ..ED For the win...but recently their customer service/support has gone down the hill like a mansion in a mudslide.

Not true. Their customer service his superb. Have you ever dealt with them?

I am neutral on the whole ED thing...I notice that here on CA a lot of people rag on ED's customer service without actually dealing with them...just bandwagon after bandwagon...

Ive never dealt with them, so I can not say anything(If I have, then my bad //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ). This is just the trend I notice...

yes i have, three too many times, and i can assure you, i will never go back, even with their new BS 5 yr warranty

Not everyone's life revolves around ca.com drama
no one here has ever heard of elemental designs, if he did a simple search, he would have seen that...

 
I wouldn't mind having a NINe.4 But I'm a little leery. I have heard people say that their stuff has gone downhill. But I haven't used them so IDK
the amps are real nice. The 9.1 likes to break. Never heard anything about the multichannels. My 9.2 sounded VERY nice. Keeping the same settings and unhooking my DEI 500.2 and hooking up the 9.2 it sounded so much better. I don't know how but that's the truth

 
ED always seems to have good customer service when I deal with them. Their online support instant message thing is the shit! I remember buying some baffles from them for my car and wasn't sure if they would fit my car because they were for a Scion TC and I was talking to one of their tech guys online. He wasn't sure about the measurements so he said, "Hold on, I'll go run into the warehouse and look for you."

Thats customer service. Plus, they are growing now with such high demand for their products so they are getting used to the higher product and order flow...give em a break
