with the forum discount they were a steal. i ordered 3 different subs. i think there are better subs for the price now that thats going bye,bye.

If you buy something, and you get it, of cousre you have no problem with the vendor. You cant speak about their customer service. Now when you actually DO have a problem, and make contact with them, then that defines customer service.

That rocks!i had purchased a nine.2 and a 13kv.2 a while back and yes i had to wait cause of thier out of stock fiasco but when i did recieve it i was very impressed with the product, i then totaled my car so i was letting my friend use it, then the nine.2 had a problem sent it back to ed a week and a half later i had the amp back, then another week later i had a second nine.2 cant complain about that send in one amp get 2 back, since then no problems with the equipment, its been 2 yrs now, so imho not to bad of a company to deal with, fi is much better but ed isnt as bad as some may say
