How are they on returns? My brand new amp isn't working properly. So I'm just wondering.
that shit would not fly for me, they would be paying return shipping or i would be calling the bank for a charge backbought an hdc3 that the spider wasnt glued down properly... had to pay for return shipping. Other than that best products on the market for the price imo.
YesI have one question for anyone who has bought from AQ. I have a new AQ2200 on the way, and the UPS quantum tracking deal that I got in my emai,l says that it is shipped from Digital Designs? Is that a common thing?
x2. Not glueing down a spider is completely there fault, even accidental i dont see why you would have to pay for their mistakes. My suggestion was going to be to have you call DJ and let him walk you through some testing before you send it in.Turns out my stereo shop is full of ****ing idiots. They had it set to slave. I personally spoke with the owner of Audio Que at 12 am on a Saturday. Now that's ****ing customer service. Props to Audio Que.
