But to answer your question, I wouldn't buy one. My co-worker got an iPhone rip and could not get it activated as it didn't have the right bands (frequency). The ad said it was a quad band, but it doesn't work at all in the US, or anywhere for that matter. For that amount I would look for another option.

alrighty...I was a little weary of it myself. I had a feeling it was some bullshit to make money. I got a price range within $95-$160. Touch screen is a plus, but isnt a have to be.

they have a return policy and close to 100% so if it doesn't work ask for a refund.. but only if you have one of the carriers they listed..
