Wiring

So i just received my 2 Soundstream T4-12's.... jus tried wiring them to my Kicker 750.1 rated at 911 RMS.... no luck.. i tried wiring them both down to 2ohms... then tried one at 4 ohms... not even a sound. Am i doing something wrong?

BTW these subs are both 1ohm dual voice coils

get out the dvom and for continuity/ohms , theres something messed up in one of the 2. try a diff amp or sub?

ok i know this is a dumb question but ive done this a time or two myself. did you plug in the rca's?

thats why i asked that after i thaught about it...... lol...... but did anything change besude the subs or is this all new?

Nothing has changed... about a week ago i blew my two Kicker CVR's.... These soundstreams are both dual 1 ohm voice coils.. i want them both wired down to 2ohms at the amp. Sub bass controller is at full and RCA's are in.

u cant have them in at 2ohms unless its a 2 ch.

To get 2 ohms on your current amp with these soundstreams...just run the positive terminal of the amp to the first subs positive terminal...then from that first subs negative terminal, run a speaker wire to the second subs positive terminal, and then from that subs negative go back to the amp's negative terminal and that'll get you 2 ohms... (This is what someone said from another forum... is this incorrect?

That wizard doesnt have 1ohm subwoofers available as an option

anyone know what i maybe could have done wrong? Or if this way this guy told me to wire is correct?
