we agreed to $180 shipped for a mtx 81000d a long time ago.

i changed my mind before he sent it out and he said i could have a refund.

he claims he sent it, and it says processing, but it doesnt show up for me and now i think he stopped replying to my emails.

i never got that refund and now paypal is investigating into it.

has anyone dealt with him or anything?
