Has anybody done a Big 3 on a 06/12 Toyota RAV4 V6

Has anybody ever done a Big 3 on the alt/battery of a 06/12 Toyota RAV4. I'm going to swap the 4AWG battery cable in my 2010 RAV4 and install 1/0AWG OFC and I want to do a Big 3 but I'm not sure how to do it on this vehicle. I can't see the alternator, it's on the lower left/hand side of the vehicle. Also, When I do the Big 3, do I have to change the stock wires with the 1/0AWG or can I just add the 1/0AWG and leave the stock wire installed? Please let know how you did it etc.

Add to stock.

You leave all stock wires don't remove anything just add the 1/0 wire running along side it.
