hard time shifting into 1st/reverse

like 2-3 weeks! the boss seen i know wht im talking about and said im good with my hands, so he said i get cover alls and hes ganna give me a try .

if you do it your self its cheap but ****** shops are kinda expensive i say like 400 bucks maybe

if it's the synchros just use GM Synchromesh and it'll fix it. You have to go to GM dealers to get it

Pretty sure your car has a hydraulic clutch.

I would check the clutch fluid and make sure its full, then bleed the clutch to make sure there isnt any air in the system.

If none of that fixes it, its probably the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder.

The reason its doing it in 1st and reverse is, well, your stopped. The only time you ever REALLY have to use the clutch is from a take off..
