had a wired dream last about an enclosure

it was a sub floating in a cup shaped enclosure it had a small space around the inside between the woofer and cylinder. im tryng to use google sketchup to draw it up. would something like that work ill post pics from sketch up when im done if you dont understand what i mean.

ok the gray disk represents the sub and in my dream nothing was holding it up but im pretty sure maybe 5-6 poles inside coming up from the bottom to the edge would hold it and also the gap between the cylinder and the sub was smaller would that work as some sort of port?
