H.O. alternator made me LOOSE voltage?

Question for everyone out there...is there a pulley available that multiplies the rotation by 1.5 or 2x before it transfers that energy into the alternator? I understand that it'd be more expensive, but if there is, something like this could be a solution? I have this same issue with an electric fan pulling up to 30 amps by itself at idle and the voltage drops to ~13.2v. Of course, the pulley is already tiny, so there has got to be another option for us v8 people.

im checking around some speed shops tomorrow. i called a ford shop and they said the wouldnt up the idle, or maybe get me like 50rpms. i was d1ckin around with my truck today and to get enough charge out of my alt, to keep the voltage from dropping, i had to be around 750-800 rpm. ill ask some shops to see whats up. ill let you know
