guide to line driver settings?

i did a search on how to adjust the settings on my amp, head unit and line driver but didnt really find anything solid. does anyone know of any guides that can help me?

Use a DMM.

sent me a broken headunit, wouldnt refund me despite the fact it's condition WASNT AS DESCRIBED and it came broken, and then he stopped responding (and used a lot of profanity in his communication as well).
