looking to build a good box for 2 15" ssd's for my daily beater. never built a box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif. just looking for some specs for the best tuned, ported all the goodies. i mostly listen to rap, and various bass cd's

What are your limitations width, height, and depth wise?

The optimal setup for those woofers would be in the ballpark range of 6-8 cubic feet port excluded. Gonna need a massive port though to let those things breath. Fi website says optimal tuning freq. is 33Hz.

A good box would be as big as you can make it while still having enough port area and still be at that tuning with a double baffle and subs up port back.

Are you looking to keep your box below the window line? What are some of the parameters you've got to work with.
