Well I took a trip to The wholesale house in hicksvillle and picked up some stuff...

I got the 6x9's and components in, waiting for my woofer to get here. Should be here any day. But today was my day off so I got some stuff done ;P. Also picked up a Audiopipe distro block and some 150A anl fuses.

Total - $209.63 (everything has a 1-year warranty too)

This weekend is box building weekend. The SPL amp was only $135 and puts out ~800rms. It's a temporary amp until some other things get taken care of.

Those fusion speakers aren't that bad actually.Never played with the spl brand amps.

But for what you paid, definently can't beat it.

honestly not too bad at all... i paid like $40.00 for them, so i wasn't expecting anything crazy, but when the install is done i believe they will do just fine till my omega's are ready.

For the price I love them. not the greatest but whatever. The tweets are just a little harsh but they are pointed directly in the drivers face (which im changing this weekend). The bass is gonna set it off tho, I do believe this will be a really decent setup for my grand total (top secret).

Yeh those fusion 6x9's were on sale for $25.00! That SPL series amp is the same as the Power Acoustik LT1920/2 amps (just in a different heatsink) which is what I was going to get but they were out.

yup... Hicksville, well there is another one in florida i do believe but I go to the one in Ohio. It's like 25 minutes from me.
