true, but for the seller there is always the statement, "well he never asked if it was painted, etc, etc". but who the hell is going to ask 1,000 questions about the sub like that...Not to mention the things been painted at least twice.
there was information withheld from the buyer/tradee that could of been important. what if the sub was damaged MORE during shipping, how is the seller going to say "yeah that damage was from previously, but THAT damage was from shipping" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif all imperfections/damages should be listed before the agreement IMO. If it decreases the value by listing all the damages... O WELL, shouldnt be trying to over-price items over what they are actually worth. If the price is too good to be true, MUST BE!
