Got my XXX today.... Damaged....

May be i am making too big of a deal out of it but i was expecting to get a 10/10 subwoofer and got this: (pics of the "major" stuff, there are smealler dents and cracks pretty much all the way aroudn it...)





















Coils read good but still sucks ***!! Thinking may be just get a grill to hide it? any ideas?

i would be pretty upset with that condition...... To me it looks like it was shipped like that or close to it. If it wasnt shipped like that then there was a HORRID packing job.

How was it packaged?

Were the cracked off pieces in the box? If not, then you can file a claim for a damaged product.

Is the coil mis-aligned at all?

I knew the bottom would be ****ed due to the packaing but i wasn's too worried as that will never be seen but... Literaly the bottom of the box was seconds from busting through! some 1/2" foam and a little tape.





I REALLY, REALLY hope that RE_XXX gets some pictures of the container i sent the APX18 in so peopel can see how it SHOULD be done. I spent like three hours making that thing and the crate itself weighed a good 20lbs so it cost me more but i guarantee that got the in teh saem shape it left here!!! It was a partial trade with cash added on his end. I came down more than 50% on the cash amount since i was under the impression it was nice...

I was never told anyhting about damage and the pics i seen didn't seem to show any damage... IDK, i PM' dhim and he said he got insurance through UPS, also didn't say anything about the damage being there already so... IDK
