Got my new car

u dont see those cars STOCK hopping/dragging/or 3 wheeling either, do u? there is a DIRECT correlation between efficiency/reliablity and conditions in which those products are used

thats my whole point.....no matter what car you drive, **** can break. I don't see bag setups or hydro setups as being dangerous AT ALL if done right. Its all in how you take care of your ****...........just like a normal car.

i dont care who you are, if you drive a bagged truck daily, problems will occur. period!

the stock cars with airride equiped suspension are NOTHING like aftermarket/what kenny has/what ill have soon. totally different, as regal8r stated above.

Only thing I can see happening is the compressors going on me or me dragging the roll pan to death...
But I plan on using the compressors/tank for backup and get a scuba tank... and I need to weld blocks if I'm gonna keep dragging.
weld a scrap of titanium under there to act as a skid plate. titanium throws BRIGHT ASS white sparks. not the yellowish crap from plain old sheet metal.

kinda like stock halogens vs hid's

I know all about titanium... like the cost of it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

what all is in ur setup? (valves, line, etc)

i have 5/8" line with 1/2" valves. that shits gonna be FAST AS HELL. mines gonna be hard to control...i cant lay frame cuase the wall though. i got my 4 link for sale.

even tho i stand by that statement, i do agree with the person that said that there is still alot to be done to make this truck HIS...as long as he does the work himself or has help with it.

Saywhat, so your telling me that a average stock cars height isnt as safe as a car with bags or hydros on it? So what about when your fawking hip hoping all around and such. Also last time I checked or done myself, you dont drive with your car all the way slammed to the ground. You might for shits and giggles or wanting to tear up some pavement and also might add the bottom of you vechichle, but most of the times you raise it up, which in a lot of cases are just as high as a stock height car. Really your theory is so tainted. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

I drive the car where the pressure is ~65 psi in the front, ~40 psi in the back... has a nice lean to it, and it's lower than the stock height. I drove in another Blazer (4 door variant) recently and it couldn't handle the turns well. I'm still getting used to the Blazer, but if I hit switches while turning, the Blazer handles just as good as my car did around turns.

Toasted: I sold my car because I didn't want to invest anymore money into a car that was going no where, and I said if I wanted to buy a new car I'd want it to be reliable. This Blazer has been well-maintained it's whole life... and it's only got 53k miles on it. It rides like a dream.

So you sold a daily driver car for a vechichle with bags on it and basically needs what looks like some work done to it. Didnt you just get your Chrysler straightned out. I just dont get you mang. I mean its like you ask for money pits. Not saying the Blazer will be, but you watch and you can mark my words down, you are gonna have probelms driving that as your daily driver down the road. I dont care how good someone built it. When I did my bags on my cavalier, it rode like a dream for about 6 months. Never had 1 problem with it. Then I blew a bag at pretty much stock height and replaced that, no real biggie, then a air valve went and this and that and this and that. Finally just took it off, sold it, well parted it I guess you could call it and put car back to factory height and made me realize, I will never put bags on a car, unless either I move or I have another car around to drive as DD.

I hope you dont have a problem because you are young and money is money. I just dont want to see you way over your head at such a young age. Lessons get learned some how. My advice is to get a DD and use that as a toy.

D4mn, Kenny and FL threads always become the Jerry Springer of CA.com //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

Everybody needs to quit bitching, it ain't your shit. The dood is 16 and he bought a ride that he wants. There is no better time in life than early on to try and get what you want and enjoy it before too much responsibility sets in. If he learns some lessons outta the deal...such is life...you live and you learn. (especially at a young age)

Kenny, I'm guessing why all your threads go to shit is because you are too worried about what others think and are quick to make threads to show off...even if your gonna change your mind 20 times in a week. I just hope you got the truck cuz its what you dig and not because its what others dig. Minitruckin is fun, if you dig it you can give two shits what others think, there will always be someone trying to dog you.
