i broke a socket while pressing a pulley on one day, as a result the socket driver nailed me in the leg and it broke the skin pretty badly...i took it to sears that afternoon and they gave me a whole set of new sockets for the inconvenience...
i just bought a dewalt 18 volt tool pack at home depot for 600$. came with a circular saw, the cordless drill, sawzall, impact wrench, flesh light, and the little cordless vaccuum (actually works pretty good). i'm surprised that a cordless circular saw works as well as it does. the sawzall and drill from dewalt have always been pretty good. also came with 3 battery packs which is a definate ++++++
This is true, Dad is on a payment plan and still owes like 12000 bucks just to snap on. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I am serious though, they could have bought close to a 100, 000 dollar house with all the tools he has bought over the years. Still the best around, but no thanks.Snap-on and mac are nice and all... but i have yet to meet a mechanic that isn't in the hole because of them. The one mechanic who I used to have do any major work on my car was something like 40,000 in the hole because of snapon... had something like $200,000 worth of mac and snapon shit. It was all nice and I loved useing his tools but just not woth it.
I'll stick with my crapsman for now...
