Got me soMe new mids today. :)

I bought 3 id q700.2's for my front stage alone. One per mid and one for tweeters. So 650 on tap per mid and 200 per tweeter lol. I'm also building up an sq car so headroom imo is a must

Well at the very least I seem to have gotten a good Hifonics. Couldn't detect a hint of distortion even when I ran higher than rated RMS, and my ears are pretty OCD when it comes to that. I like the way you think. I plan to build me some new home theater speakers. Mine are nice but there are always better

Mine have on tap 160w from the B channels of an Audison LRx5.1k, but only have it set to around 100w. Mine are crossed over ~55Hz at 12dB/oct.

I changed my mind. They were too cheap new. I am going to try finding a way to integrate them where they come alive more. my initial issue was that they are too laid back.

If I hadn't gone and installed both pairs I would have sent you a pair. But there is no way in hell I'm taking them out now. I seriously like them. Can't wait till I get some more power for the subs. These flutes are gonna be awesome on the 800f

What would be a good crossover for these if u didnt want to run active? I thought about gettiing a set of comps for cheap and ditching the mid and replacing whith a silver flute.
