It is the #3 school in florida, and from what i hear it is a great school to go to if you want to work in Miami (which i do).don't be dumb and pick it because it's south florida. i hate tools who picks schools because of the climate and there is a beach. pick it because it is the best academic school.
haha the timer's are no biggie...just focus on the material and pray. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifUnviversity of Miami. Its ranked like #65 in the country. I still have like 12 other schools im waiting to hear from though. I applied to no safeties either, miami was the easiest school i applied to, and it was still a reach because of the stupid lsat lol.
To the dude asking about the LSAT, is it hard, and it just got HARDER, wayyyy harder. They just banned timers from the test, so now you have to use analog watches to time yourself, which will make it much more high stress and less precise. The test itself isn't the hardest, it is just the complete lack of time they give you for each section. THis stuff is probably the trickest most confusing stuff ever, and it just makes it that much harder that you have to rush through it so quickly. The timers were the only thing that made it doable because you could pace yourself precisely, but now they took that away.
as far as employment...tons of firms and they will take a UM grad over any St. thomas student, and over almost all FIU students. It is the #3 school in florida, and from what i hear it is a great school to go to if you want to work in Miami (which i do).
