anyways, on to the pics

before it was painted, just the basket

now, after paint

yes, the bottom and top of the motor are different colors than the sides, i did this because i am more than likely gonna paint the cone the same color as the bottom and top, this way, the sides still match the basket

Motor needs touched up a little bit, and I much prefer the dark red with visible flakes that the basket is painted with.

Edit: Nvm on motor touch up if it's just tape.

those arent scratches on the motor, its just tape i havent got off yet

and the dark grey paint has WAY more metalic in it than the red

Dark gray? Is that what you painted the bottom of the motor with?

i cant remember the exact color but its a super metalic dark grey, prolly gonna paint the new cone to match

Looks good. It would be nice in a nice box with a large plexi window. I'm not a fan of inverted though.

wow...i think you shoulda kept the motor either stock color, or i guess black or something to offset the redness. now all the red cones in my eyes are burned out.

Yeah. I thought the same thing. It's only makes it seem cheap because **** companies usually try to add a little "flash" to their subs by painting them. In this case, it looks nice.

You know what, I agree with Flakko. The motor being red too does offset it a bit. After thinking about it fully, I would probably keep the basket red, and make the motor that dark gray. I was confusing myself earlier.
