Got a problem with Woofers

Hi, i recently installed a sony xplode HU. ever since ive taken the factory one out, my woofers wont produce bass as "clean" as they once did. Does anyone know what the problem could be? also, when I change the cd # they pop, and when i mess witht he power mirrors -- it makes a sound in the factory speakers...... thanks in advance!!!!

well ---is you amp driving your highs or the hu.

sorry -- kinda new to all this. My amp has RCA cables that go to the radio. and then i have two 10 IMPP 450 W max subs on it --- feel free to email kid_dyno@hotmail.com
