Got a problem.. What should I do ?

Ok guys two weeks ago I sold a guy from this forum my Orion2500D.

He gave me 65 bucks to hold the amp for him for 5 more days, so I agreed.

When the 5 days passed He gave me another 100. Not the full amount as we agreed so I said fuk it that's fine I'll give this dude more time to come up with the cash But two days after that He PM's me asking for the 100 bucks back telling me that he used the wrong card and the he will send it from the right card....

So I sent thim the 100 bucks back and a few days later he sends me 160 bucks more...

At this point he's only given me 225 bucks and it's been two weeks already.

Should I refund his money and sell it somewhere else ?

Should I keep waiting for him ?

Whens the last time the buyer has talked to you?

notify him you need payment in full by a certian date (30 days after the original agreement to purchase the amp was made) and if not paid in full refund the money he sent you and sell to a party with cash in hand.

well, it seems like he intends on buying the amp... and you have a fair slab of money already, so, I'd just hold onto the amp for him, and spend the money he's paid so far... if he asks for the money back, tell him you'll get it to him in a few weeks, as he's been doing to you...

Do you have another buyer lined up?

If you can get someone else to buy it (with full payment) Id do that.....especially if the guy isnt even keeping in contact with you.

I had like 5 people interested but since he was the first one to show some interest i told all the other guys that the amp was sold..

Make a new for sale thread.......if it sells before he pays you off, give him his money back and tell him why.

Yeah that's what I was thinking because it's starting to bother me already.

Only if you had an agreement with him to wait.

Sounds like you did, but he didnt live up to his end........and now hes not even keeping in touch. Who was it?

Yeah we agreed i would wait for 5 days and now it's been way more than just 5 days..
