Good subwoofer amp matchup?

I already have this amp PIONEER 800W MAX GM SERIES CLASS D MONO BLOCK CAR STEREO MOSFET POWER AMPLIFIER on eBay! and I would like to pair it with this sub Jl Audio 10W3V2-D4 10" Dual 4 ohm subwoofer Car Subwoofers 10W3V2D4 10 W3V2D4 subwoofer sub woofer in car auto speakers audio stereo dual pair shallow low flat mount depth inch cheap on sale power best single/dual voice-coil. Would this make a good match or should I look at another subwoofer? The amp is 400W RMS, and the sub is 300W RMS. Thanks.

That isn't a bad subwoofer, I have had pretty good luck with JL, but I have to ask why you are going shallow mount...is space an issue?
