Good subs sealed...

I would recommend you the W6s for a nice sounding sub on a sealed enclosure, I have a pair of 10W6v2s and I can't be more happy with them. You can read reviews on them and you can make your own conclusions. They are very common too so you can go out and listen for them for yourself.

NOW, why do you want to run 2500W //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif ????

since space is an issue... i need some subs that are good in sealed enclosures...
looking to spend around $400 depending on how many subs i get... and i'll be using around 2500w...

anyone have any suggestions ??
i AGREE W/ BOOKER ALSO. I'VE HAD 3 10W6'S SEALED AND PORTED, AND THEY SOUNDED AMAZING SEALED W/ 300 WATTS RUNNING TO EACH ONE.

GREAT PACKAGE.

aLSO, YOU CAN GET USED OLDER MODEL 10W6'S ON EBAY FOR LIKE $60 + SHIPPING EACH. I JUST SAW THEM LAST WEEK, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS SELLING.

GOOD LUCK.

All we know is sealed enclosures where 'space is an issue', $400 and 2500 watts. Dude, that's like not nearly enough info to give an educated suggestion. These guys above are really just guessing.

We need: actual space available, number/size subs desired/preferred, vehicle going in always helps, actual amplifier being used (who here knows an impedance load? nobody, quit guessing and start asking a few ?'s back guys), and desired results from this system (beyond 'are good' in sealed enclosures). The more info you give us, the more informed our recommendations will be in return.

well... in that case... how would 4 15" CVR's do sealed in a 7 cf3 pushing them with an orion 2500 ?

I thought you said space is an issue? If you are looking for that much bass, why not just go with two ported 15s or sealed 18s?

You can do much better than CVRs, but how much are you looking to spend?

He said he wants to spend about $400.

You could divvy that cash between 2-4 lesser subs, or consider one big *** sub. Perhaps a BTL, XXX, Brahma etc etc in a big ported box with alot of port area. Generally when someone has 7 cubes, they dont say space is an issue. See, Im glad I asked. lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

If output is your thing the Fi Q is an outstanding sub for that. for sound quality they are as well, IMO about as good as a W6 but better powering handling. My 12's are sealed and with 2200wrms of Zapco power on tap it is TOO much for my SQL setup (I typically run the sub level at -8)and I would put my system up against alot of you guys with ported "I like it loud" systems.
