good subs fo bp?

got an mx that i wanted to bp but enclosure would be too big so now im looking to get some smaller subs to put into a bp box

what are some good subs i can bandpass?

I havent really seen any subs that didnt work well in a properly designed bandpass.

Its not that a sub will perform badly in a properly designed bandpass.

Its that some subs require extremely large/extremely difficult to design enclosures for such a "proper" design.

If its designed and built correctly, any sub will perform well in a bandpass, its just a matter of making the proper design work physically

yeah thats true too.

ive always heard there are some subs that just give shitty sound in a bp.

which seems understandable, i mean not every sub can give good sound quality in such an enclosure.

well mobeous is helping me with my enclosure, and i hear hes real good at designing, so i have confidence in him. lol
