Good SQ 4 channel for cheap?

I am trying to help out a buddy who is on a tight budget, and I need some suggestions on what might be the best sounding 4 channel amp for the budget minded. I looked at the Hifonics TX8805, but I have no experiance with them.

I need at least 75 watts x 4 RMS @ 4 ohms, and the Hifonics is 110 watts x 4 RMS @ 4 ohms.

What else is out there that might work? All he really wants is a nice sounding stereo, no SPL system or anything.

im not sure if hifonics would be a great choice for an SQ speaker amp.

whats his budget on the 4ch speaker amp alone?

i got one, good SQ for the moneys and built like a TANK.... i'm sure you could find one on ebay for cheap, though i don't really like to buy car audio off Ebay.

though you probably don't care for my opinion on that manner.

Phoenix gold xenon 100.4 can be had for around $200 on ebay. I really like the xenon line.
