good or bad?

i want to get the Sony CDXL350 HU, im gonna pair it with 2 12inch subs (not sure which one yet, maybe kicker), can anyone tell me the good or bad of it?

Also i have a 95 grand am coupe, im not too sure 12's will fit, but im pretty sure 10's will

You are using the head unit to power the subs? Not a good idea.

thats not what i meant, im obvously going to have an amplifier, but i need some reviews on this Cd player...., im also thinking of getting a kenwood (not sure of the model), but its about the same price as the sony ($159.99)
