I somehow doubt it can supply 110 watts per channel for seven channels. Maybe if you're only playing one channel at a time.

But if you are on a really tight budget and need a 7.1 receiver it is a good price and would probably work. These days even cheap receivers don't sound too bad. Spending more money on better speakers would probably be a smarter investment if your budget is tight, just don't expect too much usable power from the JVC.

That thing's tiny for seven channels of amplification...I doubt the parts quality is that high for any of it.
