battery just died in my car. i didn't have my system installed so you know it really sucked. i wanted to ask how the everstart maxx at walmart is? i wanna pick one because they are cheaper then optimas, and it's local and i can pick it up quick. this will be the only battery in my system.

the battery looks to be 7-8 years old. just old age i guess. i really can't afford a new battery so i'm just gonna take the one out of my truck and use it for awhile.

Hmm...Walmart battery. I've been meaning to by an Optima, but don't want to blow the cash. Maybe I'll get one too!

the optima red top is the best battery ive ever owned for an underhood starter...i left my dome light on when i was gone at finals a couple weekends ago, when i got back the battery was sitting at 2.6x volts...put it on a 2amp charge for a day and it is as good as new...its over 2.5 years old and ive killed it several times...everyone bad mouths optima, but i feel ive got every pennies worth out of it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
