The trunk looks good. I'd use at least little bit on the higher areas. Make sure you have no air bubbles. Don't go crazy if you need to save some for the doors.
The trunk lid has two surfaces - the inside surface of the exterior sheet metal and the "X' braces and the area over the rear. Get as much as you can on exterior sheet metal. You can probably leave the braces alone. Then do the big, flimsy areas. Then you need to find a way to lock down the "X"'s and other areas that might want to rattle against the exterior skin. Expanding foam shot in carefully or silicone caulk will work. Put some on the back of your license plate if that rattles.
I think I am going to just use this whole roll up on the trunk. Should I still not do the high areas or would it be worth it? I have 60 sq feet to work with now.
Ill just order some more stuff for the doors. And I already did the license plate. I am going to finish up the rest of the trunk tonight when it cools off. Way to hot out there right now
