I went in March with my friend's family. Senor Frog's was awesome at about 10:00-12:00pm. Ride the slide...while drunk.

The one I just got back from in Cozumel on the hour every hour after 10pm they do the "come on the train and ride it song" where you parade around the bar and get 5 free shots of tequlia. It gets rediculous I watched 4 people get pulled out of there in the 4 days I was there.
