going full active. how much power?

I'm planning out a full active crossover/speaker upgrade. I'm planning on putting jbl ms-62c in my front. Where could I find the rms for the individual components? What's a good low to mid price active crossover? I was looking at these:

Hifonics HFEQ Half-DIN 4-Band Preamp Equalizer and Line Driver

Clarion MCD360 6-Channel 3-Way Crossover w/ Subwoofer Equalizer

Are either of these any good?

Also, I just want to be certain. If I ditch the passive crossovers and go active, I need an amp with a channel per speaker/tweeter, correct?
