Last year I got a Twisted Sounds 3.5k for my 2 incriminator lethal injections and it's just too much for them. I want to upgrade anyway and am having a really hard time picking out subs. I'm trying to get a good sounding sub that will get deeper than the lethals and more powerful. I have been reading a lot and trying to study about subwoofers but am at a loss... I wanna go with 2 12s or 1 really good 15 whatever would be more noticeable. I guess I just need some ideas to narrow it down. It will be for daily no competition, and I really wanna pounder that sounds good. My budget is around 800-1k and I have about 5.5 cubes in trunk to work with. I know I was somewhat vague, but I'm really trying to learn and am totally addicted lol. Pls help.

The only thing I'm concerned with is my voltage. I still need to clamp the amp to see what it's putting out. I'm only getting about 13 volts full tilt. I know the Sp4 has a 4 in coil and have read it takes a lot to get em going. As far as compensating with box I can get about 5.5 cubes gross dimension.

Whats your electrical consist of?

A 3.5 ts amp would easily take you down to 12v or lower at 1 ohm no matter with a h/o alt or not.

If you have the space like that then a single 15 would be more efficient. The box will design will subject the amount of power you can throw at it.

I would say 2 ZV4 12s. We recently did a build in a 300C SRT8 with 2 ZV4 12s in the trunk on a crescendo 5500. Was a nasty trunk setup.
