if u dont have one on your amp(s) go to partsexpress ans lookat theres..i think there like 35 bucks..u use it so your subs dont play certain frequencys below your box tuning or sumtin...idk

i currently have a sealed box.
i was told ported box's dont produce enough sound....

wen i first got my subs, i bought a smaller box, like one to fit a truck. but my subs were too long for the box, so i cut holes in the back of them, and the sound was really weak. do you think that has anything to do with the size?

well the fact that u cut holes in the back of ur box is the problem right there.
