I would be leery of a serious confrontation especially since you said the address is within close proximity of your residence. If you say hey, that is my sub and he's the one that broke in and stole it, what's to say some retaliation my occur to your house or car.

Well I am sure that person has been to my residence multiple times. And i do plan on moving out do to it being a terrible area. I had to call the cops on my neighbor for slashing my tire yesterday because he was too scared to come out of his house and get his *** beat

Definitely time to move. As mentioned after my previous comment, a half decent CCTV might be in your best interest for the time being.

Plan on going in someone elses car with a few buddies since obviously he knows mine, and once i get that ***** in my hands tell him I have the reciept, Im taking it and if he has a problem I will be calling the cops. I doubt he will call me out on the reciept. Also plan on going to his residence so that I can look him in the eye and say now I know where my **** is. And make it clear Im not ******* around with any more bullsh
