First does anyone know how to contact user therock482 ; ???

HERES THE DEAL. About a month ago my home was broken into and my 15 Treo SSI was stolen along with some other items. There was no sign of entry and actually I didn't realize things were missing for a few days. I did not call the police (stupid) because I knew there was nothing They could do. Now I bought the sub used so I do not have the serial number. Today it pops up on my local Craigslist and I am 90% sure it's mine . I have no way to prove besides maybe pics of a couple scratches on it that it is mine otherwise I would have already called the authorities. Any advice?

Man if you don't have the serial number then there probably isn't much the authorities can do...

You could arrange a meeting with the seller, look and see if it's your sub. Than kick his as$ and take your sub back...

That is looking like what it is going to be. I have no other solution it seems. Once I see the sub I can confirm if its mine or not.

I might just try to lie and say I have the serial number and Im gonna call the cops if you dont gimmie my sub! If that doesnt work though it looks like a possible assault charge.

In his Craigslist post he lists it as a Treo ssx, and it is very clear the motherfucker doesnt know a **** thing about car audio.

Well the plan at this point is to fill the car up with the Big homies lol and go get my sub. I did a reverse look up on the phone number, the address is less than a block away from me. The sub is definitely mine. I will post back and let you guys know how it goes. Im going to call as soon as the game is over.
