Girlfriends Chevy Aveo Single 10" Build

Well i just started the build for my gf's chevy aveo.

It will be just a normal mold for the rear well. It will be holding a Rockford P1.

Here is the start, the rear wheel well is very abnormal for how small the car is.

Updates:

Got a few layers on, my girl is helpin me and im teaching her along the way so its going to be a slightly slow pace.

Bubbles.... Yes i know..... Im working with Bondo brands here, give me a little slack.

Getting ideas for the sub placement.

Should look pretty good there.

Also, we will probably be replacing all sets of speakers in the car. I think all but one is blown....

In the rear I might have to have a little fun with the rear speakers and makes some 5 1/4" pods out of them.

Should be pretty easy to make some pods out of these guys.

Sorry for the slow process here, its been raining non stop and without a garage its really irritating. But we have got the mold finished. Just waiting on the amp.
