Alright my program is breakfast=a dose of L-lysine on an empty stomach 30 min later at 6:00 am i eat a banana,apple, 2 almonds 1 peanut 5 raw egg whites. Following that meal i take vitamin E, Flaxseed oil for omega 6/9 and some 3, Fish oil for lots of omega 3. From then on i eat 2 almonds and a peanut every hour on the hour and then at noon i eat a can of tuna with banana and apple, take flaxseed and fish oil again, take selenium, l-carnitine, zinc, L-arginine. Almonds and peanut again on the hour. Then around 4 another L-lysine and at 6:00pm i normally eat some type of red meat or pork and vegetables with flaxseed/fish oil again. I normally drink 12 8 oz glasses of water a day so im well hydrated and have a regimen of thousands of Kegel clamps a day with long squeeze sessions as well. I know that horny goat weed is in the volume pills and such but is there anything else i could do that isn't costly to avoid pouring money into the volume pills?
