Hey, hopefully someone can answer my question //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I have a single 12" Rockford Fosgate T112D2. It's rated at 600W RMS, 300W per 2-ohm coil. I have an Infinity REF1211A amp pushing it. It's rated at 854W RMS x 1 at 4-ohms. Can anyone tell me what I should set my gain at so I can be getting the most out of this subwoofer? I know it can go louder then what it's at now, anyone have any advice for me?
Lastly, I'm kind of confused about the whole "ohm" thing. My sub has 2 coils at 2-ohms a piece, but my amp is rated at 854W at 4-ohms and 1300W at 2-ohms. Is my subwoofer getting the 4-ohm load of 854W or the 2-ohm load of 1300W? Hehe, I'm very confused.
Thanks in advance.
