Getting some comps need advice

Getting some 6.5 comps for my fronts (not going to connect rears)

I have a kicker kx 150.2 so that should be able to do about 100 watts x2 at 2 ohm.

Any advice? Id like them to be under $150. Are PGs my best bet?

hmm do they only make them at a 4 ohm Impedance?

My amp does 75 x 2 (probably a little more) at 2 ohm

Correct, those are them.

The Pio's I mentioned are the TS-D1720C (exact same as the TS-D720C, minus the Premier moniker).

Nope, no 2 ohm variants. What amp do you have?

Should be able to do about 2x70w rms at 4 Ohms according to the birthsheet, right?

The Pioneers work very well off that kind of power on up to about 2x130-150w rms.

If you want good 2 ohm comps, the Image Dynamics CXS62 comes to mind, but they run about $360. but even then, they'll be happier with about 2x120-180w rms than 2x75.

Yeah, the RSd's or the TS-D's. Flip a coin.

Not bad, but for that price, go with the MOMO's.
