Getting more lower end out of my current set up?

or is it time for an upgrade.

Currently running

2x JL audio 10w6v2's off of a JL 1000/1

box is .75 per side (after sub and port displacement) tuned at 38hz.

This set up is amazing and I love the way it sounds while playing music such as bullet for my valentine, avenged sevenfold, escape the fate ect. ect.

But when I throw music such as T.I. , young jeezy or any other kind of deep bass at it I feel its completely lacking. my old kickers cvx 12's sealed ran alot lower then the w6's are

I was considering maybe a new box. 2 12's ported (FI Q's) 1 15 FI Q ported, or (get ready to shun me) 4 12' Kicker CVR's in a sealed box.

This is an everyday driver SQL is the goal, so any suggestions?

This is what I was going to do from the start then I went to jl specs. also heard you should never tune below the F3 of a sub or u will get port noise. thanks for every ones input.

you can tune to what ever you want and as long as you have enough port area you wont have port noise but tuning below the fs o the sub can decrease the subs ability to extend into the higher bass range. personally i would tune to 34hz with 1.25cubic feet of airspace after sub and port displacement with a 4 inch port. per subs

I heard some Kicker CVR 12's ported tuned low last fall and they were pretty impressive. .02$
