Getting metered in Cincinnasty

I'm not sure where to go in Da Nasty to get metered. I'm not sure if anyone has some recommendations but I need to be able to "tune" a little and therefore have access to the meter for 30-mins to an hour. I have been metered before and it was basically:

1. Turn on your song

2. Not bad

3. Have a nice day

Most of the shops I've called here sound like they're clueless so any recommendations would be great.
