Getting MDF Cut

How good of a cutsheet do you need to get Home Depot to cut some MDF?

Can I just come in with something like this:

http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/ported-box.asp?Ew=32&Eh=14&Dia=6&Xmax=15&Vd=.1&NumW=1&Vb=2&Fb=35&Qts=&Vas=&Fs=&CE=0

And have them do the necessary cuts? Or do I need to lay it all out, and draw the lines onto the MDF and all that?

I think I'm going to be making that box sometime this week/weekend. My buddy has all the necessary tools, so I figured I'd give it a shot, it should be fun at least!

Also, he does have a table saw, but I'd much rather save a lot of time and have HD make the cuts, and then just assemble the box in an hour or two (how long will it take to complete/dry/be ready to use?).

I'm downgrading to one Assassin (to save space), and hopefully moving up to a single 12" of something tbetter in the future (AA Arsenal or Fi SSD or ?).

sometimes they cut well, sometimes they dont. table saw is good incase they fvck up. you need to let the sealent set overnight at least (let the fumes get out). but yeah, any luck, small box you should have it done in a couple hours.

I would strongly recommend you cut it yourself, especially since you have access to a table saw.

I had them do it once and only one board out of all of them was usable.

well, i think i'm gonna have to have them do some. i drive an accord, and my current box takes up all of my trunk //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i'm not sure if it'll even fit if i get it cut in half. that's why i was leaning towards them just making all the cuts.

Just have them cut pieces big enough to fit in your back seat. Or maybe have them cut all of the pieces a couple inches too big then you can trim them down later.
